By creating an account, enrolling a student, or accessing the site, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any minor in your care.
Membership plans (Explorer, Builder, Innovator) bill monthly via M-Pesa. You may cancel at any time from the Parent Dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Bookings made through the Tutor Marketplace are between the parent/student and the tutor. DAVINXI Cabin facilitates scheduling and payment but is not a party to the tutoring relationship itself.
Students, parents, tutors, and mentors are expected to treat each other with respect during sessions, in the community chat, and at events. Harassment or abuse may result in immediate suspension.
Projects built by students during sessions belong to the student. DAVINXI Cabin may showcase anonymized or guardian-approved project examples in the Gallery and marketing materials.
The Site, including its text, software, source code, interactive dashboards, designs, logos, audio-visual content, and curriculum materials, is protected by international intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property (or the property of our licensors). You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from the Site content without express prior written permission.
You agree not to access, copy, reproduce, scrape, or attempt to scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content, data, or source code from the Site except as expressly permitted by us in writing. ā¢ Automated Scraping Prohibited: You are strictly forbidden from utilizing automated scrapers, web spiders, crawlers, indexers, or headless clients to access or download platform data. ā¢ Security Circumvention: You may not bypass, disable, or circumvent any security headers, access-control features, token-based gates, in-memory decryption layers, or content protection mechanisms deployed on the site. ā¢ Unauthorized Copying: Attempting to copy, replicate, or extract underlying mock data, tutor listings, booking directories, or API payloads is strictly prohibited.
We actively monitor access logs and telemetry for abusive usage or unauthorized data extraction. Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, statutory damages, and criminal prosecution in the event of unauthorized scraping, copying, data harvesting, or platform misuse.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
